Jay Brady serves as a Telecommunications Consultant for Communications Consulting Group and is a licensed Community Association Manager (CAM, CMCA). He brings over 40 years of experience in urban planning, government affairs, and association leadership, with a specialized focus on telecommunications strategy and infrastructure planning for community associations.

Jay previously served as Executive Director of the large-scale community, The Meadows Community Association, and has held leadership roles in government and builder's trade organizations. His background in municipal planning and community management makes him a trusted advisor to property managers and boards navigating communications arrangements. Jay is a graduate of the University of Florida and holds a master’s degree in urban and regional planning.
