Case Study: Revenue Assurance
A property and their Board had a long term agreement with a cable provider in which they received an annual revenue share payment for a % of the cable company’s gross receipts. When this property became a client of CCG’s we audited and confirmed all the data from the cable company’s billing systems. Since CCG is an expert in this field, we were able to determine that the property had been underpaid and recovered back payments of over $100,000 for our client.
Case Study: Savings
A Home Owners Association Board had a bulk cable agreement coming up for renewal. They had negotiated new terms on their own and were getting ready to sign the new deal. CCG met with the Board before they signed and was able to negotiate more than $1,000,000 in additional savings over the life of the contract. CCG also negotiated additional incentives for this Association totaling several hundreds of thousands of dollars.
Case Study: REIT Investment Portfolio
In 2009, Henderson Global (a 92 billion dollar asset management company) hired CCG to manage their US portfolio of investment apartments. Upon being hired, CCG immediately audited all telecom agreemenst resulting in 5 years of unpaid revenues from TWC. In addition, CCG negotiated new found opportunities for 58 of their properties resulting in quadrupling Henderson Global’s revenues on their telecom contracts. Sue Modowidlack oversaw CCG during this process as a Director of Henderson Global.
