Marketing Agreement

A property with 1,000 residential homes had been receiving a small sum from an old agreement. This Board hired CCG to see if they could negotiate an updated agreement. CCG was able to obtain a new agreement with upfront compensation of almost $200K as well as a long-term marketing agreement with revenue share. This revenue share is 4 time the amount that the community was previously receiving! Additionally, all other providers can still remain on the property. All in this community will receive close to $800K in overall compensation!

Revenue Assurance

A property and their Board had a long-term agreement with a cable provider in which they received an annual revenue share payment for a % of the cable company’s gross receipts. When this property became a client of CCG’s we audited and confirmed all the data from the cable company’s billing systems. Since CCG is an expert in this field, we were able to determine that the property had been underpaid and recovered back payments of over $100,000 for our client.

Savings

A Home Owners Association Board had a bulk cable agreement coming up for renewal. They had negotiated new terms on their own and were getting ready to sign the new deal. CCG met with the Board before they signed and was able to negotiate more than $1,000,000 in additional savings over the life of the contract. CCG also negotiated additional incentives for this Association totaling several hundreds of thousands of dollars.
